Description (Service) Supports youth who are struggling with mental health and/or addiction issues, helps connect youth to needed community supports and services: mental health, addictions, housing, employment, education, financial, health care, etc.; helps youth who need help to transition from one mental health service to another.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-12 noon, 1pm-4:30pm (Belleville) 
Trenton and Picton: by appointment only
