Description (Service) The Quinte Arts Council (QAC) is a registered charitable umbrella organization (#107869448RR0001) dedicated to promoting artists and arts organizations in all disciplines and to further appreciation of arts and culture in the Quinte Area. Our mission is to advocate for artists and arts organizations; provide effective, accessible communication tools; engage artists in our programs and events; provide arts education opportunities for artists and students; provide professional development activities for artists; and foster and engage in dialogue about the arts in our community.
