Description (Service) An evidence-informed early intervention program for children and youth who are at-risk of becoming justice-involved * The program is for young people who are at-risk of becoming justice involved * After initial police contact, a Coordinator works with the young person and/or their families to discuss their needs and to navigate and coordinate appropriate services
