Description (Service) |
Community Kitchens offers two levels of classes. Level 1 will demonstrate what participants can do with their Good Food Box. Included is how to prepare, cook, freeze and store the fruits and vegetables. The group also makes a salad and main course meal, which they eat together that day. Level 2 will focus on budgeting and cooking with a crock-pot. The group also makes a salad and main course meal, which they eat together that day. Kitchens are offered in communities throughout Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. Call for a location and date near you. |
