Description (Service) Mohawk Family Services works to keep aboriginal families healthy, happy and safe. To build stronger families and keep young people in the community through services and respectful caring, intervention and education. One to One Counselling, Family Mediation, Family Counselling, Foster Care, Active Parenting Groups, Court Support, Home Visits, Supervised Access Visits, Protection Investigations under Child and Family Services Act, Internal & External Referrals
