Description (Service) Independent cooperating association dedicated to protecting and preserving the natural and cultural history of Sandbanks Provincial Park through interpretation, education, and scientific and historic research * Association runs a Nature Shop providing a wide range of merchandise based on Sandbanks and nature. 
Annual events organized by the friends usually includes a Winter Snowfest, a summer Sandfest and beach clean-ups..
