Description (Service) Community based children's rehabilitation program * consultation * education * assessment * intervention * physiotherapy * occupational therapy * speech and language therapy * social work * psychometry * seating and mobility program * augmenative communicaton services * family support for blind low vision program * orthopedic clinic
Sup. Description OT,PT services available at Bancroft Hospital 3rd Tuesday morning of each month and at North Hastings Children's Services in the afternoon. 
 
Speech and Language services available 3 days a month at Bancroft Hospital. 
 
Speciality clinics, medical consultations thru Belleville site only.
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am–4 pm Main Belleville Office 
A referral must be made through the Belleville Office first, then added to the Bancroft waitlist. A team of therapists visit the Bancroft area typically once a month.

Children and youth from birth to school leaving age presenting with neurologically based physical disabilities and children to school entry with developmental delays, autism, etc. * Social work and Psychometric services only available to children/youth who meet the eligibilty criteria for CTC services
