Description (Service) CV19 Office closed to public * Majority of appointments will be rescheduled or conducted via phone, with the exception of urgent, essential appointments (as determined by our providers) * We are calling clients with appointments to reschedule to a phone visit. If you have any questions regarding your appointment please call the centre at 613-478-1211 * All GCHC groups, workshops and programs are postponed until further notice (March 28, 2020) 
Gateway Community Health Centre is a health centre whose primary health care staff include: three family physicians * three nurse practitioners * two registered nurses * three registered practical nurses * one pharmacist * one therapist/social worker * one dietitian * and one phlebotomist. It offers holistic * inter-professional * client-centered care to promote wellness * chronic disease prevention & management with a health promotion focus.
Hours Mon and Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Tue, Wed,Thu 8:30 am-8 pm. Closed between 12 noon and 1 pm.
Areas Served Central Hastings ; Municipality of Tweed, the Hamlet of Roslin, and those parts of the Municipality of Centre Hastings previously known as Huntingdon Township lying east of Highway 62 and south of the Village and Township of Madoc.
Eligibility Must live in catchment area and be registered with the Centre.
Application New clients are accepted as provider space becomes available. A waiting list is maintained.
