Description & Services
Description (Service) An in-home family oriented program committed to offering assistance to families who have a child with a developmental disability. The program offers case management * case co-ordination * assistance to apply for funding * sharing of resources and advocacy. Family Resource and Support believes in integration and inclusion of all children through creative planning in the building of supports and relationships within the community.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Application Apply by phone or appointment, referrals required, self referrals and consent must be obtained prior to referral.
