Description (Service) In-home respite program * individualized, ongoing program of support, counseling and information/education with a caregiver * trained respite workers matched appropriately with clients * flexible relief time for the caregiver

Open to caregivers of people 18 years and older who need a respite break from their caregiver role * services designed for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia and physical disabilities
Application Call for an appointment. * Referrals may be made by family, agency or physician.

Fees Service - Co-payment fee per hour on a sliding scale. ; VON services are always available to eligible clients regardless of ability to pay. * Fee assistance available.
