Description & Services
Description (Service) Transportation service for persons with disabilities and seniors living in the City of Quinte West, the Municipality of Brighton and the County of Prince Edward * unable to climb or descend stairs * walk a distance of 175 meters *are physically or mentally challenged * book 24 hours in advance to ensure availability * drivers will pick up and drop off customers "at the door."
Hours Quinte West and Brighton Mon-Fri 7 am-6 pm, Prince Edward County Tue-Fri 7 am-5 pm with evening, weekend and holiday service available upon request. At least 24 hours notice must be given before your trip. 
Weekend trips must be prearranged before Fri 12 noon.

Eligibility Quinte Access operates a transportation service for persons with disabilities, and seniors over the age of 55 years in Quinte West, Brighton and Prince Edward County. We service 4 vans and 5 buses which are all wheelchair accessible. 
Courtesy service is provided to eligible users residing outside our service area on a space available basis.
